The tools helped get me a good job, and the boots you got for me helped me stay on my feet. They are great, thanks. My job has given me a $25,000 life insurance policy already and I have signed up for dental and medical. It only costs a few bucks out of each check.

Our Contribution to the Community 1999-2006

NOTE: Over the past two years, the percentage of persons still employed after 90 days (actually verified by the employer) has ranged between 55% and 70% each month. Many have moved to a better job and we cannot determine their status. To better track retention, we have instituted an alumni party designed to encourage graduates to come back to AEC to share their success stories with others. We anticipate that we will be able to identify additional employed persons when they attend the gathering.
