Randy Farley - Program Director

Mr. Farley is responsible for the overall delivery of the AEC Employment Readiness Program, supervising direct support staff and all government reports.

Robin's role is to expand and develop resources and funding, both operationally and with our capital campaign. She also acts as the laision for AEC Board of Director's.
Dennis Dunn - Director of Job Development

Mr. Dunn's responsibilities include marketing our employment program and clients, identifying prospective employers, placement assistance and working as a liaison in the transition into new employment as well as follow up and retention.
Mitchell Ford - Computer Instructor

Mr. Ford's responsibilities include facilitating the AEC Basic Computer Training and Typing Skills Program and assessment of his clients for job readiness.
